Lloret de Mar is a perfect destination in itself if you’re coming to Spain to stay on the beaches and just relax near the sea. Otherwise, you can come here only for a weekend or a couple of days as the town is roughly 70 kilometers from Barcelona and half as less from Girona. If you’re coming for summer vacations, consider staying in hotels near Fenals Beach. Lloret de Mar has a couple of beaches, but this one stretches for almost a kilometer and combines both lively areas with apartments, bars, and eateries nearby, and a wilder part, with fewer tourists and more untouched nature. This area is the best for visitors traveling with a family or those who like calmness.
